Attachment of earnings order.

I have an unpaid water bill and I unknown to me I received a CCJ. I was unaware of the CCJ and a few days ago I received a notice of application of attachment of earnings. I managed to cobble to money together and I’ve called the water company and paid the amount in full as specified in the court letter. I’ve set up a payment plan to pay my bill going forward. My question is do I still need to fill in the court papers and fill out my expenditures and employment details now that I’ve cleared the amount in full? The letter says it’s ab offence not to return the form and I could be sent to prison for 14 days.

The judgement is fulfilled and so there can be no enforcement. However, you should inform the court that this has been done and encourage the other side to do so. The court will then mark the judgement settled.
