Hi, does anyone know the valuation fee for Together mortgage and how long it takes to get a decision on a full application? Thanks

@bubbles81 There's no "average" timelines for Together I'm afraid. They're sort of a "lender of last resort" for brokers and hence the cases that get placed with them are usually complex.

I think the key thing for them is affordability. If you are tight on affordability it can take a little longer - although I do not use them regularly most people tend to get put off by their rates and you usually need a big deposit.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Thanks I'm doing Shared ownership mortgage application as I have 1 default that is only a year old, affordability should be fine for the percentage I'm going for as I have no other debt. Just trying to map out my budget and up front costs as I didn't expect to have to use them and other lenders default the cost of the valuation and I'm hoping to be able to move mid August.0
