Together Money - Mortgage

Hi, does anyone know the valuation fee for Together mortgage and how long it takes to get a decision on a full application? Thanks

    @bubbles81 There's no "average" timelines for Together I'm afraid. They're sort of a "lender of last resort" for brokers and hence the cases that get placed with them are usually complex.

    I think the key thing for them is affordability. If you are tight on affordability it can take a little longer - although I do not use them regularly most people tend to get put off by their rates and you usually need a big deposit.

    Thanks I'm doing Shared ownership mortgage application as I have 1 default that is only a year old, affordability should be fine for the percentage I'm going for as I have no other debt. Just trying to map out my budget  and up front costs as I didn't expect to have to use them and other lenders default the cost of the valuation and I'm hoping to be able to move mid August.
  • i take it Kent wasnt an option?  I thought they did defaults 1 year old for S/O

    It hasn't been settled for a year, so the broker said they wouldn't go for it
