Only 3 weeks left to discharge not counting lol,just for any one else out there worrying don’t I been saying for years going to go bankrupt but kept backing out.
then when COVID hit I was down to 80% wages that was final straw for me, the process for me was very easy,RO phoned night before told me I had done nothing wrong.I listed every thing on the forms including iPad phone, her words were you can trust people who list every thing.
Had a chuckle over the sofa she said can keep it and eat my tea on it tonight(sofa on finance).
the interview by phone took around 50mins basically going over the paperwork, said I can keep my tax money
over all was not scary one bit for me

There's still a long journey ahead on the road to recovery establishing a good credit history - and you'll likely face a few challenges along the way - but you're through the toughest bit! I was the same - I should have done it long before I did - I stalled - and it made the pain last longer, but the three weeks will soon pass, and the only way now is up. It's good to see you share a story for those still on the edge.
