Claims on VW cars

This was your article today about claims we can do and get compensation on miss sold new cars in back 2012 is this scam if not , I had mobility car from 2012 and change it again in 2015 it was diesel VW and I remember they did ring me and said there fault in it . Can I claim and do it my self or have to do it through solicitor.

Have you actually read the article all the way through ?

It says it would be almost impossible to pursue a case as an individual ( the cost would far outweigh any potential benefits) and also that it is too late to join the class action against VW

And, as item 8 says in the article "Important – only sign up if you genuinely believe you have a case.  This is likely to be linked to you suffering some kind of financial loss".

As a motability user, your losses are even less likely to be non-zero than anybody else's.
