I have heard that First Direct don't provide Consent to Let permission. Is there anyone here who is with FirstDirect and recently managed to get a Consent To Let permission?

FD give consent to let for two years. They are exactly like HSBC.

Thanks, are you with FD, or know someone what managed to get permission. I know about HSBC, but FD is very strict and only ever do Res. Mtgs.

FD have the exact same rules as HSBC albeit, they do a lot of manual underwriting and yes they are probably a little more stricter than their parent company.
