There is no tutorial. Your post looks OK except that where you have put (FB) in the title you should have put (IG) or (INSTAGRAM) as it is an Instagram comp and not Facebook. It is only advertised on Facebook but entry is on Instagram.
You could also have included the comp requirements:-
