Lavender oil is used for a lot of things, but please do not use neat, yes I know it say's you can but it's better to use in a carrier oil to be on the safe side as any essential oil can harm as well as help.
And yes I do have training, I'm a qualified aromatherapist and do it as my job.
Hope that help's, and enjoy trying the oil.£71.93/ £180.000 -
I'm not qualified, just from experience. The best oil burner I had was a clay one, which unfortunatly broke, I have a little ceramic one at the moment.I've found using a few drops of lavender on a wax melt works well, and also almond oil as a carrier oil.Using oil to deter flies I use lavender and eucalyptus.I've also learnt that this is one of those occassions where opting for good quality oil does seem to make a world of difference. I have now moved to lavender oil direct from a lavender farm, as it seems one a par / better than Neals Yard and not as costly.I've also found holland and barrett oils are okay. There is a lot of research available online.

Lemon balm and camomile are good too. If you're near a library, look for books by Valerie Worwood, she goes into a lot of detail about blends.0
