TSB mortgage

Hi,
Does anyone have any experience with TSB mortgages? I'm looking to remortgage. Currently with NatWest and my 2.23% fixed rate ends September 2021. Habito have come up with NatWest 1.30% with a 995 fee as my best offer (NatWest will only offer me 1.39% with 995 fee direct, this is checking online and calling them to confirm). Waiting to hear back from L&C. Looking around myself I've found TSB 1.14% with a 995 fee. Perhaps they don't operate through brokers? House value approx 275-285k and looking to borrow 97k. Any tips welcome!
Thanks.

I have a TSB mortgage and have had no issues with them (had a mortgage with them since 2015, as a FTB, went direct with them not via a mortgage broker), and have re-fixed my mortgage deal with them twice since (as fixed for 2 years initially and then 5 years) as able to complete both product transfers easily and online and were offering decent rates at the time for the original loan and the product transfers.
