Anyone still on Tesco mid week delivery saver? I have a query about a charge.

Anyone a midweek delivery saver and get free any day click and collect? 

i am a Tesco mid week delivery saver and have been for approx 8 years. I’ve always had a mid week plan but occasionally get a weekend click and collect which I’ve always not had a charge for as I understood even though I had a mid week delivery plan I could avail of any day free click and collect. 

These past few wks I’ve had two weekend c&c and I’ve been charged. On the first occasion I called Tesco who apologised and refunded me the charge but I emailed them yesterday about a charge I had on Sunday and I was told that because I have a mid week plan I can only get free click and collects midweek. 

I can’t find any info on mid week plans online as they don’t offer them anymore. 

I would like to respond to tescos but not sure what the deal is anymore. 

Anyone help?
