Novibet - account closed and money not given back

Hi All,
Not sure if this is the right place as I thought I had seen a forum with matched betting content before but can't seem to find it, please let me know if it isn't.
I have matched-bet for years with multiple bookies and no issues. However, my account with Novibet was locked last week and I received an e-mail today saying it was permanently deactivated and that they wouldn't return my funds (£560!)
They have given me no proof of anything but have hinted towards multi-accounting and additionally apparently they hold the right to ban you if they 'think' you are taking advantage of their promotions. Essentially, they have taken my money without any proof whatsoever.
Now, I have had this account for years without any issues and whenever I deposited money, everything was smooth. However, now that I have tried to withdraw my winnings due to a big win, all of a sudden I was 'investigated' and locked out. Full disclosure, my partner also has an account with Novibet and I sometimes give her tips on what I think is a good bet but we DO NOT live at the same address nor do we use the same bank account so we have not breached their T&Cs. Yes, granted, when we visit eachother, now and again the odd bet may have been placed on the same wi-fi but this is very rare- is this enough for them to suggest I have breached their T&Cs?
Is there anything I can do about this? They have repeatedly ignored all my communications last week and disconnected the chat whenever I spoke to them until the final e-mail stating my account was deactivated today.
Is my only option now to go to IBAS, what is the likelihood of me getting my money back? Like I said, I have matched bet for years and I know not to be stupid with things like this. It just turns out my bet went the other way this time and when I tried to withdraw my winnings, they locked me out.
Thank you in advance!

Matched betting was one of the removed bits
As part of all the work we’ve been doing we’ve had to make some difficult decisions about which bits of the Forum we were going to leave open and which we unfortunately had to bring to a close.
MoneySavers Arms was an area of the Forum people could go to discuss non-MoneySaving issues. However, this board took away a disproportionate amount of resource from the rest of the site and the clue’s in the title – we’re all about MoneySaving! So we decided to keep it on point.
With regards to Matched Betting and the Referrers board, to those Forumites who used these threads, we realise they were an important part of their Forum experience. But they were few and far between. For example, only 0.36% of content was being generated on the Referrals board, yet took several hours of managing a week.
We would have loved to have kept everything open on the Forum but we have to make decisions on how best to allocate the resource.
We thank you for your understanding.

If the majority of the reviews are anything to go by I wouldn't hold your breath

i believe people have had results using resolver to raise a complaint - after being ignored by emailing customer services
politely note on the resolver complaint if they don't address matters you will if necessary go to the regulator0 -
