Ziffit Inconsistencies

I've found a problem recently with Ziffit and I wonder if anyone has experienced something similar?

I scan a load of books or DVDs and then, when I select "Complete Trade", it removes half of the items from the basket stating “We have removed the item [item name] from your trade, because we cannot make an offer for it this time.”

If I immediately re-scan these items, it happily accepts them – completely contradicting what happened 3 minutes previously.

All seems well until I come to merge baskets or try to complete the new trade. Yet again, half the items are removed.

In the case of merging baskets, not all the same items are removed and sometimes items that were not removed the previous time I tried to complete a trade 5 minutes earlier.

Very frustrating and confusing. It’s not really happened to me before. Has anyone else had similar issues; are any of the other online buying sites more consistent?
