I use Fiverr as a seller for my online tutoring services.
I think as a graphic designer/web dev then you should put yourself everywhere, so fiverr and upwork.
Type a search term into fiverr that your typical customer would, take the top few results and ensure you are using those keywords from your advert.
Also, if you have the time then start off cheap to build up your feedback.I teach people how to code python.1 -
