Barclays mortgages FTB

Hi everyone , just got a DIP from Barclays saying me and my other half can lend a maximum amount of £250000 and we have a £30000 deposit , so £280000 to spend , was just wondering are Barclays quite reliable in accepting you once you find a place after they’ve gave you a dip ? Thank you !

@coyi123 Great to hear that you've got a DIP. If the DIP form has been keyed in correctly, then yes that is as much assurance as you can get prior to a full application.
