Signing PDF's

When you save and close it is assumed you have finished what you are doing so any further editing is prevented.  If it didn't do that it would be easy to remove signatures later which would invalidate the whole signing thing.

When you want a break don't save and close the file.  Just stop what you are doing, have your break, and then carry on when ready on the still open file.
