D2 Provisional Form

Hi,

I hope you are all safe and well,

I am looking into re-training to become a HGV driver. I passed my Cat B test in 2009 and passed my Cat A motorcycle test in 2014.

I have paid for a medical at £55 for the D4 side of things but now I'm a little stiffled at the D2. So pretty much my question is can I tick all of these boxes (C, C1, D, D1) and get a provisional for them all with this one lot of £55 I've paid for?

If I tick just the C and D provisional entitlements will my licence come back with a C1 and D1 provisional also? Or do I need to tick all of them?

And very lastly! (Sorry I promise) - When I pass my C do I get an automatic entitlement for a C1? And the same if I pass a D, for a D1? And I'm presuming when I do my C+E after my C I'll get a C1, C1+E, C, C+E and a B+E?

Apologies if this is confusing to read! Just need some last advise following reading multiple Google articles and deciding to just tick random boxes until I eventually become a HGV driver at the cost of like 4 medicals! I'm just looking for the cheapest way to fill all of the entitlements on the back of my licence (Providing I pass all tests first time of course!)

Yeah you can tick all of them Im in the same boat.

I ticked all of them. I had my medical done by DriverDoctors
