Hi all
After a bit of advice, we are currently in the process of getting our ducks in a row before looking to buy our 1st home around the end of the year.
Just have a question regarding our incomes for the applications/calculators.
I am full time and always have been but my wife is part time (30 hours a week) but she also has a 2nd income through her self employed business (10-ish years trading).
Can we add her PT income and the past 2/3 years of self employed averaged income together? is that how it works?
Thanks

You can't simply add them as lenders treat them in different ways. However, if you enter them in the right places on lender affordability calculators you should get a realistic output.

Thanks for the reply, but this is the issue, none of the calculators have the fields for self employment income?0
