My help to buy is coming to an end, I want to remortgage to pay back my 20% but don’t know where to start, I know I need to get my house valued but even that prices are between £200-£600? Where do I start

Obtain a redemption pack from here;-

then establish the lender you are likely to use for the remortgage and find out which surveyor(s) it is likely to use. Contact the surveyor to do your RICS valuation for Target and explain you will be applying for a mortgage with XYZ and that you expect they will also do the lender's mortgage report & valuation.
