Jury expenses

OK so my expenses claim was processed on 10th June, when should I expect it to be credited?
I haven't received any invoice, just confirmation over the phone on 10th to say it had all been done.

Thank you. I know it was answered but I didn't know how to delete previous one whereas I'm now asking as it's hit past the 10 working days and the jury service have just said they can't provide any answer because they're not in control of the crediting into account side.

But neither are we?
They would be best placed to help, I know it's frustrating but if the people paying can't say, we can't either.
