IHT question

Good evening everyone.

I have a simple question that I cannot seem to find the answer for. 

I have (I think!) filled out all of the necessary forms and schedules to send off to HMRC for my fathers estate.  My question is, do I send the main form (IHT400) as well as the supplementary forms (RNRB application, unused NRB transfer etc.) with the supporting documentation (my late mothers grant of probate and death certificate) to the same address, in one package, to the same address as I send the IHT400?
