Thanks again mjm. It seems, I fibbed. They've just replied:
"The person I forwarded your inquiry to should be back in their office later this week. Expect a reply later this week, possibly early next week, as this upcoming weekend is a holiday weekend in the USA and I know they are super busy right now."
