Hi everyone , me and my partner have been offered an AIP by Tipton , does anyone know how good they are ? I’ve looked at reviews and some people say amazing but some have been saying they’ve applied , waited 3 months just to be declined which I obviously don’t want ! Any help would be appreciated

@COYI123 Generally speaking, small building society DIPs are issued only after a good look at the case. That isn't to say it will not decline, but the DIPs are pretty reliable.

Given the small numbers that they do, it's hard to to give a general idea of their service. I only ever use them for their excellent family-assist products, once every few months. Hopefully one of the other brokers will have more to add.
