Bluestone Mortgages Approval

Hi, we had a full application submitted on the 11th June with bluestone and wondered if anyone knew what the current turnaround times for them are at the moment? They said we would have an update within a week but all they asked for were another months bank statements. Their website says they are working at 13 day turnaround time and wondered if this was accurate?

Also, any advice on having the DIP manually underwritten before approval - does this give us a better chance now we have submitted the full app?

Hi, 13 working days is only the first underwriting timescale. They are accessing cases submitted on 7th June just now. Who is your packager?  We have a thread further up about Bluestone with a group of us who are going through the process you might get more info there. ò
