Remortgage from Whistletree - unsecured loan

In the next few months, I am looking to remortgage with a new lender and leave Whistletree (ex NRAM mortgage). I currently have the mortgage and unsecured linked loan with Whistletree. When applying for a new mortgage, do I lump them together for the amount I wish to remortgage - as I class it as one payment now and would like to keep it that way - so making the whole amount secured as part of new mortgage?
Or do I need to say only the secured part is what I am borrowing and then ask for additional borrowing for the unsecured part?
I will call Whistletree also but wanted to post here to get your thoughts - hopefully it makes sense.
Thank you

@kid77 If it is unsecured and separate to the mortgage, then you will likely need to do a capital-raise remortgage to a lender that permits debt-consolidation. Just make sure you run it past the lender in advance before making a full application.
