NT tax code and universal credit

Hi all.
Desperate for some help.
I went into a NT tax code 4 weeks ago. We have had our statement for universal credit come through and we are not being paid anything at all this month now.
I have called universal credit and explained that this is not additional income and has to be repaid back, but they they just keep saying the case manager will look into it.
Then a few days later we get a message saying a mandatory reconsideration will be applied for but there is no time scale and this could take months.
Any help appreciated

You need to go back to the OR and explain that their claiming your tax has affected your UC. They will cancel the NT IPA. If they don’t, come back and give us an update. I would imagine it’s far easier to sort this out through the OR than the DWP! You should also ask for the NT payments to be refunded if you have made any yet.0

I had this problem last year. As Minkym00 says, we emailed our OR guy explained our U. Had stopped because it looked like we were suddenly earning a lot more! We didn’t pay our IPA for the duration of the NT tax code on his say so. Hope you get sorted quickly!

I spoken to them and they said it has nothing to do with them.
To be honest it goes into wifes account and never included it in expenditure as some of it goes towards her debts.0
