Is this possible? all the highstreet banks need us both to have banked with them for at least 3 months, Im struggling to find anyone else. Hoping im just not looking properly, can anyone suggest a lender?

    A silly question but you aware of the risks involved with a secured loan.

    Have you tried compare the market, moneysupermarket.com or gocompare ?

    They compare whats on offer just like with insurance.

    Yeah ive had a look and whilst I can add my partners income as household invome it doesnt appear to actually give me anything to indicate its a joint application

    So how long have you been with your bank, and can you not wait until the balance of 3 months has elapsed?
