Updating budget on Stepchange

Afternoon All, I'm back! Still in debt but have got it down to 4 (all biggies) from 12 so I think I'm not doing too bad, I just keep plodding. Hope all are ok and have managed to keep well in mind and body.
This is a quicky, has anyone completed their budget etc., on line and got it accepted? The last time I did it it got rejected and I had to spend ages trying to get through to them and it took forever to go through my review. Thanks, Carol x
I have created a new post here because I think I had done it wrong yesterday and stuck it on the debt free diaries.

Your account seems to be working fine but can't help about stepchange I'm afraid.
There's a thread in the stickies - ask a stepchange adviser a question0 -
Hi,
I've updated my budget twice with Stepchange. I did it online each time and they were both accepted straight away. The last time was in February this year. Are you going higher that Stepchange recommend in any categories? I'm just wondering if you did and if that's why they rejected your budget.
Well done on getting your debts down from 12 to 4. That must be a great feeling.0
