Hello,
I have just passd my CeMAP and I have decided to become self employed by joining a network where they will train me and I pay a monthly fee. They have sent me a contract and a ‘deed of guarantee’ to sign.

I want to ask if it is this normal to sign a ‘deed of guarantee’ when joining networks as self employed? Can anybody please share experience.
