Buying software from America

Hi
Haven't posted in a while so apologies if this is in the wrong section. There's a piece of software I am considering buying from B&H who are based in America thats download only. Its £300 in the uk and $300 dollars in the US but with a $100 discount. So at current rate of exchange thats about £154 if I use my Clarity card.
My question is would I still get hit by duties and/or any other charges. I've emailed b&H but they haven't responded yet and the offer ends today so just wanted to hear what other users here think.
