I'm looking to make my first overpayment but I am going wrong somewhere with the payment request. Could anyone please help with the format?

1. Purpose: Own account? Bill, invoice or Property Sale?
2. Name: My name? Lender's Name?
3. Account: 0000 00000 and sort: 302886
Ref: Mortgage Acc number 14 digits? Mortgage account number + 00 / 01 / 02?
