Names incorrect on mortgage offer

Just had our mortgage offer through and they have double barrelled our surname!
So it says Gem83 MORGAN SURNAME and done the same for my DH. This isn't our name and never has been!
We've contacted our MA but think he's signed off for the football/weekend.
Is this going to be a massive problem?!

Possibly. It kind of depends as it either means:
1) The wrong names were put on the application - which will mean a new credit check. That may be fine or could be a problem depending on your situation.

@gemm83 It depends on where the error is stemming from. But you should definitely get it sorted. Errors (even minor ones) on the offer can cause issues further down the line prior to completion so you don't want to be scrambling around at the last minute trying to get it fixed.
