On a more serious note we've been trying to deal with First4Solar a lot after inheriting one of their installations after a home buy. They have actually switched all their phone lines over to a telephone answering service and have offered zero support, so we would not recommend them.0 -
My brother used Contact Solar- his quote was good value but not a bargain. He had a bump along the way with them re-scheduling his installation at short notice due to not having the inverter available which you would’ve thought was entirely avoidable. He got his G99 and MCS super quick though. He lives in the middle of nowhere though and properly local installers were not to be found.Smart Tech Specialist with Octopus Energy Services (all views my own). 4.44kW SW Facing in-roof array with 3.6kW Givenergy Gen 2 Hybrid inverter and 9.5kWh Givenergy battery. 9kW Panasonic Aquarea L (R290) ASHP. #gasfree since July ‘231
