I have swiped two doors from a neighbour's skip.
They are original to the build, one unpainted. fittings intact, the other painted, fittings missing. Think they are pine - definately solid wood though.
They are of no use to me, but I thought they may have some value to others as replacements or for reclaimed wood.
If they are saleable (procceeds to charity), any suggestions as to what price - and how do I advertise them?
Thanks,
Meg.

I'm currently on the flip side, keeping an eye out for reclaimed Victorian doors for our house. I've mainly been looking on gumtree and eBay, you could take a look to see how much they tend to go for on there. It depends on the condition, those in a bad/typical for the age condition tend to go for between £10-30. Really good condition can be more like £50 on those sites. There are then also the sites that specialise in reclaimed doors and unsurprisingly they tend to go for a bit more on those.
I think you'll definitely be able to sell them. I bought a reclaimed Victorian door the other week from a woman on gumtree. I believe she sold all five that she listed within a week or so. The one I bought was £25, needs a touch of sanding but nice enough. She had some slightly nicer knick ones that she was selling for £35.0
