CIS - Natwest

Hi,

Wonder if anyone has had any experience with using Natwest for CIS contractors, my partner is a CIS contractor and Natwest does treat them as employed however he did receive a SEISS Grant after the 14th of July when building sites in Scotland were still closed, since they opened back up in August, his earnings have been on par with previous years.

As Natwest would be treating his as employed and not self employed, would they disregard this?

@arxo I rarely use NatWest for CIS income, but based on their criteria, I don't think the SEISS will come up, but I would definitely check with them prior to submitting an application, especially with the humungous amount of paperwork they ask for for CIS income.
