Claiming Mileage

in Cutting tax
My wife returned to work due to COVID as a bank nurse for a health trust. She doesn't have an office just an area so can be sent anywhere(she doesn't have to take any work but does so as they are so short staffed) for many shifts. There are no expenses but my question is can she claim mileage against her tax as it can be 100 miles or so per day! I appreciate that she couldn't claim the full journey from home but anything further away from the centre of her area?
