Can this be moved (or at least re-posted) over on the Pets and Pet Care board, as a matter of urgency?

  • My dear cat is about to spend her second night at the vets - very ill.  I wasn't aware of the cat food withdrawal so had no idea what was wrong with her.  Vet seems pretty sure that she is a victim of this food disaster . . .  Return the food and be reimbursed??? What about my vet bills??

But hold on to any you still have because it seems the problem may be restricted to certain batches.  I would have expected them to have worked out whether the Lidl option was a risk by now but understand your wanting to be sure.
