We are pleased to report that we challenged our council tax band of F after living here for 31 years . As long as you have researched and produced evidence it is fairly straight forward . We received £7200 back in a refund and lowered to Band E saving £40 per month . Result !!

Great news! But how was this possible? I thought you only got 6 months to challenge after moving in.
Also what evidence did you show? I've been told that their records show my house is not the same size as the five neighbouring properties, but they actually identical to mine. I'm wondering what evidence I can produce to prove that their records are wrong.0
