Dear Virgin Mobile,
I am currently suffering severe financial problems, as a result of bad life choices/covid-19/job loss/health reasons/other (delete as appropriate) and cannot currently pay my non essential borrowing.
This situation is likely to be on going, and as such I am seeking debt help from one of the free debt advice charities.
Once a solution has been put in place, you will be contacted again, until then, please show forbearance in relation to collection activity on this account.
Regards

You don`t really need to send them anything, but you can do as a curtesy.
The IS will inform them when your DRO is granted, until then, just remember debt collection takes a long time, nothing is likely to happen anytime soon, except the odd letter or call perhaps.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
