I’ve seen a property I want only costs £30,000 I have a £3000 deposit. I also have a ccj that’s 2 years old settled from just over 2 years ago would anyone be able to give me a mortgage. I’m paying a ridiculous amount in rent so just want to move!!

Your be best finding a money advisor. Given the cost of the property, you might find it’s too cheap so you’ll struggle to get any lender x0

@liane321 Off of the top of my head, I can't think of any specialist lenders for whom this would meet LTV and minimum loan sizes / property value. Not saying it isn't possible, but it is going to be a hard ask. At 90% LTV, the CCJ is likely to be a stumbling block with mainstream lenders.
