Re-mortgage on house I own out right

Hello
Looking for some advice.
I currently own my house outright (early inheritance) - currently worth around 240k. I am wanting to extend the house and looking to take around 60k out of it to do what I need. I am planning to stay in the house for another 10 years at least. We don't want to move as my partner and I love this house.
I am mid 40s with full time employment earning around 45k pa. No other debts.
What is the best way to approach looking into this?
