I'm due for an upgrade on my mobile and just had a mortgage offer through.
Will an upgrade have an effect on this on my credit file? Should I leave it until we are all done? Don't want to risk anything!

I had a Client ask me exactly the same question this week.
My response was it would surprise me if it affected your mortgage offer but there is no guarantee it will not. Best option is to wait.I am a Mortgage Broker
