Mortgage new fixed rate question

Hi
I'm with HSBC and my fixed rate ends in August. I can now switch to a better rate. I did this last Friday and paid £999 for a fixed rate of 1.24% over 5 years.
This rate does not start until my existing rate ends in August.
The new fixed rate has just gone down to 1.19%. Do you think its possible that I can switch to this one instead?
I have emailed the mortgage person at HSBC but she is on leave until next week.
Thanks
Mark
