Advice for clarity on prize

Morning All,

I had the great luck to win a duvet set and throw recently and the prize has just arrived.

It doesn't include the pillowcases which I thought was implied in duvet 'set'. Is it worth following up with the prize giver do you think?

Don't want to sound ungrateful! (But I also really would like the pillow cases )

I bought two different single duvet sets recently and one had matching pillow case and the other did not have a pillow case.

Did it specify anything in the terms and conditions? If you look the product up online, does it say what is included?
If it was a set, I would assume - single set would be a duvet cover and one pillow case, doubles or above would come with 2 pillow cases. If you mean covers and not an actual duvet. But a set would imply multiple items.

Thanks for the replies. I looked it up and it just kept saying 'set' rather than what the 'set' comprised of. Anyway, I sent them a polite message asking if they could clarify and it looks like it was just a mixup so they are sending some pillowcases out
