Precise mortgage offer

Hi all,

I know there are a few threads regarding precise but just wanted to start a new one with anyone that has applied recently. 

I know all applications are different. I put my full mortgage application in Monday and my mortgage advisor told me today that they came back asking if I had paid any deposit to the developer or solicitors. 

I’m sort of thinking that can’t be the only question. Does that mean they probably haven’t fully assessed the case.

any help or experiences would be great ☺️

My application went in on the 27th May. So far they have queried bank statement transactions then asked for more statements.

How many more bank statements have they asked for? What are the type of things they query on bank statements. I never know why they ask for 3 months if they want more 🤦🏼‍♀️

Yes I know and each time they ask for something else you have to wait another 3 days to hear back 🤦‍♀️ They just asked what a couple of transactions were but now I have sent more statements I’m waiting for more questions to come!

Oh gosh. Hopefully it won’t be too much longer for you. I haven’t heard anything yet so I’m expecting a long wait with plenty of questions no doubt 😂 let me know how it all goes.

Maybe it’s a good sign you haven’t been asked for anything else! They must have everything they need from you! I’ll update when I hear something
