TERMS & CONDITIONS CHANGE

Hi, I’m just looking for some advice. When I booked my make up artist I signed her terms and conditions (contract). She has changed them without informing me (says she sent an email but must’ve been lost in the cloud!!). I have not accepted them nor do I want to. The original ones did not state that they were subject to change nor did they confirm I would have to accept new terms. Do I have a case? Thanks!

The terms can't be changed, but elements of the service provided can be changed if the terms allow.
What has she changed?1 -
She has included two new charges that were never on the contract before!0

I’ve emailed her once to say that i am not prepared to pay the new charges as we signed a contract etc but she’s replied saying I have to. Not sure where to go from here! Wish there was some legislation I could quote but I cannot find anything concise0
