You don't need any Debit card details, just click on continue.

on the page that asks for ccard details

put the offer code in the box at the bottom left that says gift certificate...then click continue

have you ticked the box next to the filter on the left hand side i didnt and it came up with error then i ticked the box and hey presto all went through ok
