If it's Excluded from 30 day money back guarantee, it is unlikely they will take it back.

The have no obligation to do so.

Why do you want to return it?

The only time you can return it is if you bought over the internet, you have no legal right to a refund if bought instore if you changed your mind when its excluded from the money back guarantee.

I have taken a digital camera back that was excluded from the 30 day money back guarantee & got my money back, worth a try as youve nothing to loose.
  • Argos are pretty good at taking things back. as long as your nice and polite theyre generally willing to help.;) failing that if you dont want the item and they wont refund you then stick it on ebay being xmas time im sure its popular with ebayers for a xmas pressie for someone ;):D
