I also think you’ll struggle even with a sizeable deposit - lenders struggle with pay day lenders on account of the fact that the temptation has been there in the past and taken so what’s to stop it in the future?In terms of the affordability you’d be best speaking with a mortgage advisor. You may find you’d be considered over stretched with that income by a lender.
