Hi, I'm looking to have my bankruptcy cancelled as I have cleared all outstanding debts and associated charges, but am struggling to understand how I do this and get an indication of the time this will take, has anyone been through this process and could advise?

Hi there
You would need to contact the Official Receiver/Trustee or the office that dealt with the bankruptcy. There is some information on the Insolvency Service's website https://www.gov.uk/bankruptcy/cancel-a-bankruptcy1 -
I PM’d someone else the details recently. I’ll dig out the email and send it on to you.1
