Stamp duty question

Hi I am moving house that is my residential home. Purchase price is £380k before end of June deadline. I currently own a buy to let property with my ex partner. I know... dont ask. I have been on the government SDLT calculator and put in my details and there is no excess stamp duty to pay. I am living alone. Is this correct ? I have just googled my scenario and other people have been told that you have to pay additional 3%. Confused .. Thanks.

@paul123 If you are replacing your main residence (selling currently owned residence and moving to a newly purchased residence) then irrespective of how many BTL properties you own in the background, the 3% surcharge should not be due.
