Edit: False Alarm. It was just one leg that was unreservable. The main ticket covers the entire journey, but there's one change that isn't allocated seating. I had so many tickets, it was hard to tell!

I've just booked a journey for two people using Splitmyfare (which saved me quite a bit). Unfortunately - when I went to my local station to collect the tickets from the machine - it missed out one of the connecting legs of the return journey when printing the tickets. My booking confirmation lists the station change, so it's not my error. Also, it did this for both sets of tickets, so doesn't seem like a random printer error either.

Who would I speak to about this? Splitmyfare? Or can I get the local rail station to reprint those tickets if I show them my booking confirmation? Thankfully, it's a small connecting journey so wouldn't cost much if I did have to rebuy a couple of singles. But, I'd prefer not to if it wasn't my error.

Is perhaps the missing connecting leg of the return journey covered by a ticket which covers both the outward and the return leg?

What are the stations at each end of this 'missing link?

Yes - for example if one leg ends at Manchester Piccadilly and the ticket destination says "Manchester Stations" and the next leg starts from Manchester Victoria then you are allowed to transfer from Piccadilly to Victoria using the first ticket rather than needing a separate ticket. There are equivalent "station groups" in other areas where a ticket to one of them is valid to any of them.

False alarm. It turns out one leg was just unreservable, so no confirmation ticket was printed for it. The main ticket covers the whole journey, so everything's OK now.
